SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We currently offer Fed Ex and USPS Shipping with live rates.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes we do!

Note: We highly recommend that you use purchase shipping with tracking on your order. Especially in rural areas.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We currently average three business days n the states for a full turn around (Order to delivery). We use a high quality print service (off site) that queues at the time of order. The estimated process time is 2 – 7 days. From there the product will go out with your chosen shipping carrier.

Usually you should receive your package in 3 – 7 business days from when you place the order. International is 10 – 20 days, depending on location and shipping chosen. Any longer and you should contact us to check in on your package.

What is your return policy?

If for some reason your product arrives defective or there is a mistake on our part, we will quickly send out a new order asap, free of any charge. You also have the option of a full refund.

Otherwise, if the mistake is by the customer, we do not offer refunds. We are unable to offer refunds at this time, as the products are “printed on demand.”

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently we offer the very safe and insured Paypal checkout. Not only is this method very safe from hackers, but if either party should have an issue with the order, Paypal will step in and work as a mediator in the matter to resolve it.  We will offer a direct credit card authorization in the near future.

Is Buying Online Safe?

As mentioned before, we currently use Paypal, which is the party that would process your credit card — not DiggityJr.com. Paypal insures all transactions so that should anything happen to your payment, they will rein-burst your payment.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Simply navigate to your product and choose any required types like size and or color and click “add to cart.” From there you would use the checkout link to finish your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you go under your account, you will see your order if it has not been delivered. You may cancel at that point. If it has been shipped, we would need to receive merchandise before your refund can be processed.

Do I need to register account to place an order?

Yes and no. Technically Paypal will share your address (not payment) info with us. We do not offer an anonymous guest checkout, as we would need your information in the case that we would need to contact you about your order. Don’t worry about us spamming you, we are not big fans of spam either.

How Do I Track My Order?

When you place your order, you should receive an email with tracking. If not, contact us to verify that your order went through. You will also have some basic information on your order under your account options.
